Shipping
The transportation of goods is ordered by express agreement, the delivery is usually made within 2/3 working days.
The price of transport depends on the weight and volume of goods purchased. To know the amount of travel expenses, simply select the desired products, add them to the cart and run the first phase of the order (selection of the method of delivery). The shipping cost will be displayed next to the selected mode.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional and is calculated on the total shipment. May be requested in comments when ordering, or by e-mail to be sent to ecommerce@datasentry.it.
The amount of the insurance is 5% of the consignment with a minimum of Euro 6,50 + VAT.
Delivery Time
Delivery of goods ordered vary considering the product ordered by the customer (eg. If it is available) and the mode of delivery.
Using the transport by courier arrangement, the ordered product will be received in a time ranging from 1 to 3 working days after order, if the product is in stock
Please note:
the calculation of transport is obtained by taking into account the orders received by 12.00 pm each working day (Monday to Friday).
CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF THE RETURN (RMA)
1. Download and fill out the RMA request form completely:

2. Send by fax to 0434 1851018 the completed form and copy of purchase invoice for the product.
3. Wait for the confirmation of acceptance of the return and its relative "RMA number" which should be clearly marked on the shipping document.

2. METHOD 'OF SHIPPING
The goods must be strictly delivered in PORTO FRANCO, and must be started within 10 business days from the issuance of the RMA number. The material will be returned, freight collect, with the same carrier with which it was sent.
3. PACKING
The goods must be properly packed and where it exists in its original packaging. The article must complete all sections (food, etc..)
4. ANY PRODUCT
Centroallerta Srl is not responsible for more damage on the products, compared to those declared on the form of return "RMA"

6. Materials returned for repair, but the resulting functional will be subject to a charge of Euro 52.00 per flat rate expenses.
